Our products are governed by their own separate agreements. If you use one of our products — such as Orblet — the terms and policies provided with that product apply to your use of it, in addition to or instead of these Terms.

The Site and its contents — including the Jatgam and Orblet names and logos, and the text, graphics, and design of the Site — are owned by Jatgam LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
The Site links to other websites, including our own product sites — such as Orblet — and pages we maintain on third-party platforms, such as our code repositories on GitHub. Our product sites and other Jatgam properties are governed by their own terms and policies, which apply when you visit them. Third-party platforms and any external sites we link to are operated by others, not by us; we provide those links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any site we do not operate.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.
